13] AUTOMATIC X RAY FILM DRYER

Automatic X Ray Film Dryer Automatic Roller Type X-Ray Film Dryer specially designed for continuous, rapid, spotless and dust free drying of X-Ray films of maximum 14” ( 35 cms) width and any convenient length. It is most suitable for drying Roll Films. Minimum size of film that can be dried : 70mm width x 100 mm length ( 3”x 4”) Features : • Compact Design with robust body made of ABS plastic. • Smooth Film Transport system to avoid scratched or pressure on the emulsion. • Fitted with a DC Motor to transport the film from the feed section to the dryer section and finally to the receiving tray. The motor is rated for   continuous operation even at a higher temperature. • Film entry is provided with smooth rubber rollers to squeeze out excess water and to deliver films into the drying section. • Fitted with a powerful fan, heaters and air filter for circulation of hot dust free air for quick and uniform drying of film. • Conical air tubes to disperse hot air uniformly on the entire width of film. • The temperature in the dryer controlled over a thermostat. • Supplied with a lightweight film receiving tray.
